1. General Conditions

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including additional policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in the immediate termination of your services.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition under our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order Processing Time: 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — orders placed after the cut-off are processed on the next business day
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping Region: United States only
  • Shipping Method: Free standard shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us with your order number.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. All returns are handled by mail only. A prepaid return shipping label is included for eligible returns. If a return is due to a customer ordering error or a change of mind, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. There is no restocking fee.

For damaged or defective items:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged package and items, along with your order number, and send them to [email protected]
  • Without photo evidence, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or replacement

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Cancellation requests made more than 30 minutes after purchase may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped. Please see our Cancel Order Policy for full details.

7. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer payment plans or instalment billing at this time. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your credit card details.

9. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design — is the property of LivingBreezy and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
