Refund & Return Policy

At LivingBreezy, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided (your order number)

We do not accept returns beyond the 30-day window.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Return Label and Return Shipping

A prepaid return shipping label is included for eligible returns that meet our return criteria. If a return is due to a customer ordering error or a change of mind, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
  3. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our support team to request a new one.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee.
